We recognize that a strong therapeutic fit is essential, and this meeting allows you to share what’s bringing you in, ask any questions you may have, and together explore whether it feels like the right path forward. You are welcome to book a free 20-minute consult call with more than one therapist.
Free 20-Minute Consultation - Neurotherapy
An opportunity to explore whether neurotherapy is the right fit for your needs—without any obligation to commit. In this 20-minute consult, you’ll learn about the neurotherapy process, treatment options, fees, and what to expect from the commitment involved. You’re invited to ask any questions you may have, and together we’ll determine if this path aligns with your goals.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll book your full series of appointments at that time. Because consistency is key to effective neurotherapy, scheduling in advance helps ensure you receive the most effective and supportive care possible.
Intake Session
An initial intake appointment is required for first-time clients prior to booking any psychotherapy, neurotherapy, or QEEG assessment appointments. Please book your intake with the therapist you intend on working with.
Adult Individual Therapy
In Adult Individual Therapy, you’ll work one-on-one with the therapist of your choice. Each of our therapists draws on specialized training and evidence-based approaches, offering care that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our goal is to support you in creating a meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life. An Intake appointment is required for first-time clients prior to booking Adult Individual Therapy appointments.
Teen Therapy
In teen counselling, your adolescent works one-on-one with a therapist who specializes in youth mental health. Using evidence-based approaches tailored to their needs, therapy offers a safe space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and foster resilience. We also encourage parent and family involvement to support lasting growth. Please book this appointment in your teen's name. An Intake appointment is required for first-time clients prior to booking Teen Therapy appointments.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to explore patterns, strengthen connection, and navigate the challenges that can arise in relationships. Whether you're facing a specific issue or looking to reconnect, sessions are guided by your unique goals as a couple and grounded in a collaborative, respectful process. An Intake appointment is required for first-time clients prior to booking Couples Therapy appointments.
QEEG Assessment
A non-invasive brain mapping session used to measure and understand your brainwave activity. This assessment helps guide personalized treatment planning by offering insight into how your brain is functioning.
Psychotherapy & Neurotherapy
This integrative session blends talk therapy with gentle, evidence-based neurostimulation. Together, they support brain change, emotional processing, and lasting improvements in clarity, regulation, and well-being. An Intake appointment and QEEG Assessment are required before booking Psychotherapy and Neurotherapy appointments.
Neurotherapy
Neurotherapy is a safe, non-invasive way to support your brain’s natural ability to heal and grow. We use gentle neurostimulation to promote brain function and regulation, this approach helps enhance focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being. An Intake appointment and QEEG Assessment are required prior to booking Neurotherapy appointments.
