Jenn Clayden MSW, RSW
Sometimes children have big feelings that are hard to understand or put into words. Whether they’re feeling worried, frustrated, sad, or overwhelmed, it can be difficult for both children and their families to know where to start or how to help. I meet each child where they are, using play, creativity, curiosity, and evidence-based approaches to help them explore their feelings in ways that feel natural and fun. I also partner with parents and caregivers, because supporting a child works best when the whole team feels connected and understood.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where children can laugh, learn, grow, and build confidence while developing healthy ways to express themselves and cope with life’s challenges. Together, we’ll celebrate each step forward, helping your child build confidence, develop resilience, and feel supported as they grow.

Cassidy Davidson
(She/Her/Hers)
Registered Psychologist #7573
Cassidy is a Registered Psychologist and Neurotherapy technician. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters in Counselling Psychology.
Cassidy takes a non-pathologizing approach to therapy, understanding that patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating are not signs of dysfunction, but natural adaptations to life’s complexities. Beneath these patterns, there is a deeper self—intact, aware, and capable of change. Therapy is not about becoming someone new, but about strengthening one’s connection to this inner foundation.
Working with adults, she offers a space to reflect, explore, and challenge the narratives that have shaped their lives. Integrating approaches like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Deep Brain Reorienting, she moves beyond traditional talk therapy to engage with the body’s role in holding and processing experience. Rather than relying solely on insight, this work facilitates shifts that are deeply felt, creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.
With a grounded and intuitive presence, Cassidy walks alongside clients in their healing, holding space for both depth and challenge. She brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship, believing that therapy is an active process—one that invites clients to engage fully in their own growth. Her work supports those who are ready to deepen self-awareness, strengthen agency, and move toward a more intentional, connected way of being.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. They may feel like they should have things figured out by now, yet find themselves caught in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship challenges that are hard to shift on their own. I work with both individuals and couples, tailoring therapy to meet you where you are and what you need most.
For individuals, I support clients in understanding patterns, building emotional regulation skills, and navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help you develop practical tools while also creating space for deeper reflection and growth. I work particularly well with individuals who feel stuck in patterns they cannot seem to break, even though they are motivated for things to change.
For couples, I use the Gottman Method to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict in a more connected and constructive way. Whether you are feeling stuck in recurring arguments, struggling with disconnection, or working through a significant transition, I provide a structured and supportive space to strengthen your relationship. I often work with couples who feel disconnected but still care deeply about their relationship and want to find their way back to each other.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental. I focus on creating a space where you feel understood and supported, while also helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we work to build clarity, confidence, and stronger relationships with yourself and with others.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Whether you are navigating persistent self-doubt, chronic stress, or strained relationships, I am here to walk alongside you, offering a reliable, steady presence so you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together, we will create a collaborative space to help you find your footing, uncover your strengths, and discover your next steps.
I practice from a client-centered and trauma-informed perspective, meaning you are always the expert of your own experience. I work collaboratively with clients to create a tailored approach that fits their unique needs. Using a blend of body-centered (somatic), experiential, and relational therapies I help clients gently process trauma, rebuild trust in themselves, and cultivate resilience. I bring an innate appreciation and understanding of holistic well-being and interconnectedness into my work. My eclectic framework adapts to each individual, whether they need nervous system support, practical coping tools, or deeper emotional exploration. Above all, I prioritize a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where clients can catch their breath and connect with their innate capacity for healing.
My goal is to empower clients to embrace their authentic selves, cultivate self-compassion, and build healthier relationships—both with themselves and others. Using a strong therapeutic alliance, grounding techniques, and somatic trauma-processing frameworks, I help clients release stored stress, navigate intense emotions, and safely process difficult past experiences at their own pace. Together, we create a foundation of safety and resilience, enabling you to transition from simply surviving to navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
